Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn and grow
- Provide individualized attention to each child to support their learning needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
- Incorporate physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
- Implement behavior management strategies to support positive social interactions

Requirements:
- Recommended to have a minimum of 12 units in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Proven experience working with young children in a childcare, tutoring, or classroom setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices
- Knowledge of child welfare and special education considerations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and patient attitude in a dynamic preschool environment
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable

Pay: $16.85 - $20.00 per hour
